The content on this website (including product categories, brand names, specifications, comparison tables and blog articles) is provided for general business information. Brand names such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple, Cisco, Microsoft and others are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to indicate products we supply. We work to keep content accurate and current, but it is not a binding offer, and specifications, availability and prices may change without notice.

3. Quotations and orders

  • A quote request through this website, WhatsApp, phone or email is an enquiry, not an order.
  • Quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation, and are subject to product availability and final confirmation.
  • A contract is formed only when we accept an order in writing and receive any agreed payment, and its terms (price, quantity, warranty, delivery, payment) are those stated in that order confirmation.
  • GST and other applicable taxes are charged as per government rules and will be shown on invoices.

4. Products, warranty and returns

All products are genuine and supplied with manufacturer warranty as applicable. Warranty claims are handled as per the manufacturer's terms. Returns, replacements and repairs for defective goods follow the manufacturer's warranty process and applicable Indian law, including consumer protection rules. Please retain your invoice and warranty documents.

5. Delivery

We deliver across India. Delivery timelines quoted (including any stated 48-hour supply commitments) are good-faith estimates based on location, stock and logistics, and may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes on delivery as per the agreed incoterms of the order.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website — for example by attempting unauthorised access, scraping content at scale, submitting false enquiries, or infringing the intellectual property rights of TechVisit or third parties.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechVisit is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
